At Sufiyana Co. we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and most comfortable eyewear available on the market. We understand that there are times when an order may not meet your expectations and we are ready to make the returns process as smooth as possible.

In general, you have 30 days to open a return request with support! Read below for all eligibility guidelines. Have questions? Contact us!

 

General Eligibility

For any order to be eligible the product must be in new and unused condition and packaged within original packaging.

To start your return process now - please click here to go to our Returns Portal.
We'll follow up with the return address, shipping label and more info to make the process as smooth as possible. Items sent back to us without first submitting a request on the Returns Portal will not be accepted.
 

By Lens Type

Nonprescription glasses are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Prescription sunglasses are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery only if there was an error or mistake made in the prescription lens. In order to find this error the customer may send us the lens specifications from a local lab bearing the mistake - or may send the lens back to us and we will check with a local certified lab for free and at no cost to the client.


All orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if an error was made in the order on our part which may include incorrect merchandise or incorrect shipping address.

 

Return Shipping

Customers bear the responsibility of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our part (see above).

Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 7 days of delivery at our warehouse. You can track your refund at any time via returns portal. We will keep you updated as soon as we receive your returned item at our warehouse.
