Q: “What Is The Warranty on Sufiyana Co. sunglasses?”
We offer a 2-year warranty on all eyewear, covering soldering points that fail due to manufacturing defects, discoloration in lens or frames, prescription issues, and hinge defects due to manufacturing.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
Breakdown or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (e.g., knocks, crushing, dents, broken glass), or accidents.
Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear, including consumables (components expected to require periodic replacement during the product's lifespan).
To validate the warranty, contact our customer care team with proof of purchase and a photo of the defective product within the warranty period.
**Note*: Sufiyana Co. reserves the right to deny free warranty service if the required documents are incomplete or illegible.
Q: “How Do I take care of Sufiyana Co. sunglasses?”
To ensure your Sufiyana Co. eyewear stays in great condition, we recommend the following care instructions:
Always store your eyewear in the original Sufiyana Co. protective case when not in use.
Clean your lenses with the included microfiber cleaning cloth and avoid using soap and water.
Avoid leaving your eyewear upside down to avoid scratches.
Q: “Do You Offer Prescription lenses?”
Yes! We use premium Acetate and Metal frames that allow us to craft lenses to your prescription specifications. When buying your frames you can select your lens type (progressive's, single etc.) and provide your prescription information to our lens technician after purchase.
Q: “What UV protection is offered by your lenses?”
All of our lenses vary between UV300-UV400 in protection. The variation will depend on the shade of the lense, and in general lighter shades will block lesser light.
Q: “What's the return policy?”
All non-rx sunglasses are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. RX sunglasses are not eligible for a refund unless there is a mistake made in the lens creation that is not consistent with the prescription provided. Shipping is FREE across USA and Canada.
Q: “How Long Does Shipping Take?”
Non prescription glasses are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order.
Prescription lenses take 1-2 weeks for us to create and test to ensure quality and specifications - then they are shipped as normal and a tracking ID will be provided upon dispatch.
