All non-prescription orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All orders (prescription & non-prescription) are eligible for a full refund if a mistake is made in the order process. Please contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date with the order number. Prescription orders are not eligible for a refund unless there was a mistake in the prescription or order (in which case it is a full refund along with a free return label). SUFIYANA.CO will pay for the return shipping label for all returns in which we have made an error. A return shipping address will be provided for all returns upon opening a return inquiry.You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "RETURNS PORTAL" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Every single prescription is unique and diverse made just for you. Therefore we take time to craft each lens to your exact specifications and take the time to quality test them as well before fitting them into the frames of your choice. This process does take a couple extra days of processing. We'll keep you updated on your order via email the entire time!
