Processing Times
- Non-prescription glasses are shipped out within 1-3 business days after your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number to track your delivery.
- Prescription glasses take about 1 week to create based on provided prescription specifications and quality tested. They are shipped as usual afterwards and a tracking ID will be provided. You will be kept notified throughout the entire lens crafting process.
Shipping Methods
Our free USA/Canada express shipping provides tracking ID's for local post offices. Most glasses are shipped via USPS and CPS - some may be shipped via UPS as well.
Shipping Rates
Shipping across USA and Canada is free.
Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within a week of being shipped. These times can fluctuate however, and the most accurate estimate can be provided by the shipping carrier. Please check your tracking ID on the carrier website.
