For non-prescription frames: IF you would like a custom name or initial laser engraved on the interior of your frames, please message us after placing your order. Please note items with customizations are not eligible for a refund. (No Extra Charge).

For leather goods: A proof of your personalization will be submitted and must be approved before production.

For Prescriptions: After completing your order, if you chose a prescription lens, you will receive an email form in which you can fill out all of your prescription details or upload a copy of your prescription!

A live lens tech will be on standby at all times to help out with the form or if you have any questions.

Non-prescription sunglasses and all leather items are shipped within 1-3 days of your order and a tracking ID will be provided as soon as possible via email. Prescription sunglasses require about 1 week for our experts to develop the custom lens and test them ensuring accuracy and quality before shipping them to you. A tracking ID will be provided as soon as we have shipped. You may reach out to us at any time during the process to get updates as well.
